When the Law Offices of Thomas J. Popovich
expanded their practice to include a department to represent
clients with Worker's Compensation cases, the firm was
fortunate to add Attorney Mark Vogg to it's roster of
outstanding attorneys. Mr. Vogg has spent the last 20
years practicing in the areas of worker's compensation and
personal injury litigation. |

| Mr. Vogg graduated with honors fro the
University of Illinois Law School. Prior to that, Mr.
Vogg graduated with honors from Millikin University,
receiving a degree in Political science. |

| After receiving his law degree, Mr. Vogg
worked for one of the top insurance defense firms in
Chicago. He practiced exclusively in defending
personal injury cases of all types, including automobile,
premises, product liability and wrongful death cases.
In 1996, Mr. Vogg decided that he had obtained the defense
experience he needed to successfully represent plaintiffs
and thus, began representing injured people in all kinds of
personal injury cases, particularly worker's compensation
cases. |

| Mr. Vogg has routinely been
retained by other lawyers to write appellate briefs and
briefs in Illinois Supreme Court cases. Notably, Mr.
Vogg has argued successfully before the Illinois Court of
Appeals. |
