Thomas J. Popovich

| Mr. Popovich always knew that
he wanted to help injured people. In pursuit of his goal,
Tom graduated from the DePaul University Law School in 1990.
He began his career by working for a prominent Chicago
insurance defense law firm. During his years as an
insurance defense attorney, Mr. Popovich gained valuable
insight into the workings of insurance companies and the
strategies employed by law firms defending insurance
companies against personal injury claims. |

| In 1995 Mr. Popovich began
representing injured people and has used his insurance
defense experience to become a successful plaintiff's
attorney. In the decade since he began focusing on
person injury cases, he was won significant verdicts for his
clients at jury trials and arbitrations, as well as
successfully settling cases in mediation. |

practice only on helping injured people in Personal Injury,
Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence and Workers
